NJAR®- Continuing Education

Commencing on July 1, 2013, in order to qualify for renewal or to reinstate an unrenewed license after that date, every individual licensed as a broker, broker-salesperson or salesperson must complete 12 hours of continuing education. At least six of the twelve credits must be obtained in courses within the core topics, specified at N.J.A.C. 11:5-12.4. The six shall include at least 2 credit hours on ethics. In order NOT to incur a $200 processing fee, all Continuing Education (CE) credits must be reported to the New Jersey Real Estate Commission (NJREC) no later than May 31, 2013. CE Credits reported to NJREC between June 1, 2013 & June 30, 2013 will require a licensee to pay a $200 processing fee in addition to the license renewal fee.

License Renewal Questionnaire Now Available
The New Jersey Real Estate Commissions new, online questionnaire is now available for your 2013 license renewal.
