Housing statistics are compiled for the New Jersey Association of REALTORS^® (NJAR^®) by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS^® (NAR) on a quarterly basis. NJAR^® receives the housing statistics approximately six weeks after the end of each quarter. The reports are posted to this site as soon as they are received. The New Jersey Home Sales Report includes information such as sales of existing single-family homes for New Jersey and its regions (northern, central, and southern) by price class and number of bedrooms. The report also contains the median sale price and number of existing single-family homes sold for areas in New Jersey. The existing home sales reports reflect benchmarked sales data.
