NJAR®'s ongoing partnership with NJN public television is another way the association is giving back to the communities where its members live and work. Throughout the year, viewers will see NJAR® President Bill Hanley featured in one of the two messages highlighting the involvement of REALTORS® in communities throughout the state as civic leaders, good neighbors, and industry professionals. "It's very important for NJAR® to get its message out to the public of New Jersey that REALTORS® do more than sell real estate," said Hanley. "REALTORS® really care about the communities that they live and work in. Our members take an active role by investing their time as volunteers at local charities; we promote affordable and fair housing, and are very focused on advocating issues in Trenton that affect the home buying and selling public of New Jersey." For over 90 years, NJAR® has served the real estate industry as an advocate for private property rights and homeownership. As a new sponsor of NJN programming, viewers will learn more about the association's ongoing efforts in Trenton to promote a healthy real estate marketplace for New Jersey homeowners.
