REALTORS^® Support Posting "Truth in Renting" Booklet Online

EDISON, N.J. - In response to approval of S441- Rice (D28) by the Senate Budget and Appropriations Committee, New Jersey Association of REALTORS^® (NJAR) Vice President of Government Affairs Jarrod Grasso offered the following statement:

"The New Jersey Association of REALTORS^® supports making the Truth in Renting guide available to landlords and tenants at no cost and through the Internet. In this day and age, the Internet is the first resource most people turn to when looking for information. It is only logical that the Truth in Renting booklet, which is an excellent reference guide for both landlords and tenants, should be available online."
