NEW JERSEY ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (NJAR) ANNOUNCES 2007 OFFICERS

Bill Hanley, Somerset resident and broker/manager in Metuchen, elected president

Atlantic City, N.J. - The New Jersey Association of REALTORS® (NJAR®) last night announced the installation of its 2007 officers during the President's Gala at the Triple Play REALTOR® Convention and Trade Expo in Atlantic City.

Leading the 57,000-member Association as 2007 president will be Bill Hanley, a broker/manager with Weichert REALTORS® in Metuchen. In his role, Hanley will help support NJAR®'s mission to serve the professional needs of its members, develop programs and services to enhance the ability to conduct business successfully and ethically, and to serve as an advocate for private property rights and the real estate industry. Established in 1917, the Association will celebrate its 90th anniversary in 2007.

Below is a full list of 2007 NJAR® officers.

President: William J. Hanley
                 Weichert, REALTORS®, Metuchen

Hanley, a broker/manager with Weichert, REALTORS® in Metuchen, has been a member of NJAR® since he began his real estate career in 1980. Over the years, Hanley has served the Association as president-elect, first vice president, a trustee of the NJAR® Housing Opportunity Foundation, Inc. and as president of NJAR® Educational Foundation. In 2000 he was named REALTOR® of the Year by the Middlesex County Association of REALTORS® where he also served as president and remains an active member. Currently a National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) director, Hanley continues to serve numerous committees at the local, state and national level. He resides in Somerset.

President-Elect: Drew S. Fishman, CRS
                          RE/MAX Atlantic, Northfield

A REALTOR® since 1984, Fishman is a broker/sales associate at RE/MAX Atlantic in Northfield. Fishman has been involved with NJAR® as first vice president, professional development division officer, and a member of numerous committees. On a national level, he has held positions as director and delegate for the NAR, and is a member of the federal district coordinator contact team. Locally, Fishman has served two years as president of the Atlantic City & County Board of REALTORS® (ACCBR). He was granted the President's Award in 1995 and received REALTOR® of the Year in 1996. He is listed in the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and has been featured in the Who's Who Registry of Business Leaders. Fishman is a resident of Absecon where he is active in numerous charities.

First Vice President: Diane E. Dilzell, CRS, e-PRO
                                 RE/MAX Pinnacle, Bedminster

Dilzell has been a REALTOR® since 1989, and is currently a broker/manager of RE/MAX Pinnacle in Bedminster. She has served NJAR® as a division officer, chairperson and member of numerous committees. In 2002, she was named REALTOR® of the Year by the Hunterdon/Somerset Association of REALTORS®, where she served as president and chairperson of the products & services committee. She is a NAR director and volunteer for numerous organizations. Dilzell resides in Somerset County and has two children.

Treasurer: Frank W. Anthony
                 Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Mendham

Anthony, who will serve his second term as treasurer of NJAR®, is a sales associate at the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Mendham office. He received his real estate license in 1981 and became a licensed broker in 1988. Over the years, Anthony has been an active member of NJAR® as the association operations division officer and trustee for NJAR® Educational Foundation. He is an active member of the North Central Jersey Association of REALTORS® (NCJAR) where he has held positions as president, treasurer and secretary. In addition, he has served as director at the NAR, and has been active on numerous committees at all levels. Anthony participates in several charities including Habitat for Humanity and Toys for Tots. He has two children and four grandchildren, and currently resides in Mendham Township with his wife.
