2006 TRIPLE PLAY REALTOR® CONVENTION AND TRADE EXPO COMING SOON
Largest event for New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania REALTORS® will take place at the Atlantic City Convention Center, December 5-7
Edison, N.J. - More
than 10,000 real estate professionals and
nearly 500 exhibitors are expected at this
year's Triple Play REALTOR® Convention and
Trade Expo, at the Atlantic City Convention
Center, December 5-7. Triple Play is the
main educational and networking event for
industry professionals from New Jersey, New
York and Pennsylvania.
Hosted by the New Jersey Association of
REALTORS® (NJAR®), New York State Association
of REALTORS® (NYSAR) and Pennsylvania
Association of REALTORS® (PAR), Triple Play
provides an opportunity for real estate
professionals to network, learn more about
the industry, hear from nationally
recognized speakers, and earn professional
designations and certifications.
This year, nearly 500 exhibitors will
showcase thousands of products and services
including the latest real estate
innovations, technologies and business
tools. The Trade Expo provides attendees
with the opportunity to learn how the latest
products and services can maximize their
productivity and enhance their business
success.
The Grand Assembly will feature
celebrated Irish tenor and champion disabled
athlete Ronan Tynan, one of the most
sought-after and empowering speakers today.
Tynan will present "Hitting the High Notes:
Living Life to the Fullest," about his
personal story of triumph in the face of
adversity.
Educational programs will include more
than 60 sessions in seven tracks including:
appraisal; brokerage and management;
commercial; legal/tax/environmental;
professional development; sales and
marketing; and technology. Featured sessions
include:

A variety of designation and
certification programs will be offered
during Triple Play such as: Accredited Buyer
Representative (ABR), Accredited Buyer
Representative Manager (ABRM), Certified
Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB),
Certified Residential Specialist (CRS),
Performance Management Network (PMN), Resort
and Second-home Property Specialist (RSPS),
and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES).
Additional fees apply and vary per course.
Connecticut, New York, Pennsylvania and
Rhode Island licensees may earn real estate
continuing education (CE) credit for select
convention programs. New Jersey, New York
and Pennsylvania licensees may earn
appraisal CE credits. Licensees who wish to
earn credits must register for these
sessions in addition to the convention
registration. The cost for CE credits is $30
per course/per state.
On-site registration will be available at
the convention center at 7:30 a.m. December
5-7. The convention and trade expo will cost
$90 for REALTOR® and REALTOR-ASSOCIATE®
members, and $150 for non-members.
