(Edison, NJ) Registration is now open for
the eighth annual Triple Play REALTOR®
Convention & Trade Expo, which will take
place at the Atlantic City Convention Center
December 9-11, 2008. Sponsored by the New
Jersey, New York State and Pennsylvania
associations of REALTORS®, Triple Play is

Triple Play provides a unique opportunity
for commercial and residential brokers and
salespeople, property managers, appraisers,

professionals to converge in one place to
network, attend educational events and hear
from nationally recognized speakers. This
year, more than 9,000 people are expected to
attend the event. The Trade Expo will
consist of nearly 450 booths showcasing the
latest real estate technology and products.
Exhibitors include a variety of mortgage,
home inspection, insurance, financial,
environmental, real estate and technology
companies.
One of the highlights at this year's event
will be the Grand Assembly keynote address
by Robert F. Kennedy Jr., a renowned
environmentalist. Kennedy was named one of
Time magazine's "Heroes for the Planet" for
his success in helping Riverkeeper lead the
fight to restore the Hudson River. The
group's achievement helped spawn more than
160 Waterkeeper organizations across the
globe. In his presentation "A Contract with
Our Future," Kennedy will offer advice on
how businesses can utilize sound
environmental policies and procedures to
grow, save money and help preserve the
environment for the future. The Grand
Assembly will take place on Wednesday,
December 10.
Triple Play also offers an education program
consisting of 80 sessions on a variety of
topics such as appraisal, sales and
marketing, professional development, and
brokerage and management. Among this year's
speakers and sessions are: "Survival of the
Prepared: Adapting to Changing Markets" by
Rich Levin; "Foreclosures and Fraud and the
Effect on Neighborhoods" by Michelle
Bradley; "How to Motivate Your Buyers to Buy
and Sellers to Sell" by Darryl Davis; and

Bonamer.
