As a benefit of your membership, NJAR® offers a new online forms product for REALTORS® called Form Simplicity. ZipForm (now known as Ziplogix) is an alternative forms product, which is available to members at an additional cost.
Form Simplicity allows members to access NJAR®’s online library of real estate forms along with the convenience to download the forms and complete editable fields. Additionally, users can e-mail and print forms, create transactions, create clauses and add clauses to forms, and utilize auto synchronization tools.
Beginning March 1, 2012, NJAR®’s previous online form product through MB Associates (at njarforms.com) will no longer be available. It is encouraged that members only use MB Associates for the NJAR® Circle of Excellence Sales Award® Application or retrieving archived forms. On March 1, 2012 MB Associates will no longer be accessible to members and all archived forms will be lost. We suggest that members download archived forms and save them to their computers.
