Whom should I contact with a question about updating my real estate license?
I am a NJAR® member. Why am I not receiving NJAR® publications?
If you have moved or changed offices recently, there is a chance NJAR® does not have your updated contact information. Be sure to contact your
local board/association of REALTORS® with any changes to your contact information. Please allow time for the changes to take effect. For example, addresses are gathered for the
New Jersey REALTOR® magazine mailing list two months prior to issue delivery date. Also, be sure
to provide your local board/association with your updated e-mail address to receive the
Week in Review e-newsletter. Back to top

How can I file an ethics complaint
against a REALTOR®?
Boards and associations
of REALTORS® are responsible for enforcing
the
REALTOR® Code of Ethics. If you have a
problem with a REALTOR®, you may want to
speak with him/her or with a principal
broker in the firm. If, after discussing
matters with your real estate professional
or a principal broker in that firm, you are
still not satisfied, you may want to contact
the local board/association of REALTORS®.
Many boards/associations have informal
dispute resolving processes available to
consumers (e.g., ombudsmen, mediation,
etc.). If, after taking these steps, you
still feel you have a grievance, you may
want to consider filing an
ethics complaint.
