Description: Serving Burlington County and surrounding areas of New Jersey, Delta Real Estate, in partnership with Home Start, Inc., provides pre-purchase counseling and education for first time home buyers. Home Start, Inc. teaches home buyer education seminars at least three times per year and offers one-on-one counseling to help guide clients through items like credit, savings and selecting a lender.
